Anything you give energy to you give life to…
We came here to create and to be free, if you know that where your energy flows your energy grows. So if you can create anything in this world, why would we always want to focus on the negative?
It all comes down to our conditioning, our programing, which if you sit for a moment and reflect, 95% of the time it is based all on fear.
Where there is fear, there are limited beliefs, and while in fear a new reality cannot be created. It doesn’t mean that you are not creating because that is constantly what we do, it just means you are creating out of a low frequency that will keep showing up in your life as something being done to you from the outside.
Fear is another form of control, where we place fear is what will be controlled on our experience. And the thing with all that I am saying, we have the power to change this, we have the abilities to stop it. Nothing external can tell you what to do, that is solely on your belief mechanism.
If I believe that I need someone to tell me constantly what to do, how to act, what to fear and how to live, then I am giving my power away and not living intentionally. Let’s take what happened in 2020 for an example, the fear set in on many people and things got ugly, people acted out of their fear and did things that normally they wouldn’t have ever done.
I remember walking into a laundromat with my children and being verbally attacked by people screaming at us, saying they didn't want OUR kind there and that we were not welcomed. These were people clearly operating from a place of deep fear. It was alarming and painful — especially watching my children experience it. But what I witnessed in that moment showed me something important. Fear is one of the most powerful creative forces available to a human being. It mobilizes people completely. It overrides reason, kindness, and connection. And most people had no idea they were in it — let alone that they were creating from it. That was my clearest real world lesson in what unconscious creation actually looks like
That fear right there that I was witnessing demonstrated just how powerful the mind was and is.
Remember that what we focus on grows, where we place our energy the universe/ subconscious or field whatever it is you wish to call it, will create it for you. Life doesn’t care if you chose to grow a garden of weeds or a garden of flowers, it just knows to grow what you are putting your energy into.
